What a Cleanout Includes
Everything leaves in one trip when possible: furniture, boxes, tools, broken equipment, scrap wood and metal, old bikes, tires (small disposal fee), and general accumulation. We sort as we load — donations to local charities, metal to recycling, trash to the transfer station. Then we sweep the floor. That last part surprises people.
What It Costs
Cleanouts are priced by how much truck your stuff fills. A lightly cluttered single garage usually runs $250–$400; a packed two-car garage $450–$700. Basements price similarly plus stairs. We quote on-site or from photos you text us — the number we give is the number you pay.
Basements, Sheds, Attics, and Rentals
Same crew, same process: basement cleanouts (we handle the stairs), shed teardowns and contents, attic clear-outs, and full rental-property turnovers for Evansville landlords — tenant left it full, we hand it back empty.
Common Questions
Do I need to sort anything first? No. Point at what stays; we handle the rest.
What about paint and chemicals? Those are hazardous waste we can't haul — we'll set them aside and point you to Vanderburgh County's household hazardous waste drop-off options.
How long does it take? Most garages: under two hours.
